I am not a massive fan of windows dressed I prefer to have the windows bare to let as much light in, especially with the large windows. However the winter is here and the bedroom is getting a little chilly in the morning so we needed something to put up. Instead of dressing them with a thick curtain I opted for something lighter, thin enough to let the light in, but keeping the draft away. A plus, certainly my husband voiced is he can now get dressed in the room with out the danger of a neighbour looking in!

I do love the softness it creates in the bedroom everything feels that little bit more cosy for the colder months, especially adding some texture in the Icelandic sheepskins.

Haha I love that, we don’t have curtains in our home either and neighbours and passers-by often get to see much more than they bargained (and most probably wanted) to see! Love your new curtains though, they’re nice and light and airy whilst making your room cosier and a bit more private.
